Jolly was set up in Milan in 1956 after an excellent intuition of Perboni Romano, its founder. Representative of electric machine tools and therefore in daily contact with their users, he realizes that the market needs a handy and small-sized sanding machine for smoothing small and medium-sized surfaces, something that does not exist yet. Very talented and brilliant, Perboni decides to create the first electric palm sanding machine that bears the name of Mini Jolly, thanks to its special features.
